Type of personal data held by nahc.io

Purpose of collection of personal data
We gather information about all our website users collectively, such as what areas users visit more frequently and what services users access the most. We only use such data anonymously and in the aggregate. This data helps us determine what is most beneficial for our users, and how we can continually create a better overall website experience for you.

How do we protect your personal data
We have implemented technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from accidental loss, unauthorized access, use, alteration, destruction, or disclosure. Access to your personal data is limited to those with a genuine business need to know it, and those who process your personal data are governed by our information and IT security rules, data protection regulations, as well as other relevant internal regulations and guidelines.

Access to the database is granted only to those who require such access. All staff members are subject to a confidentiality agreement regarding customer and company information. Visitors to our premises are always accompanied by a member of staff throughout their visit.
As our information technology team and storage facilities/servers may be located in other jurisdictions, your personal data may be transferred to, stored, used, and processed in a jurisdiction other than Hong Kong. You understand and consent to the transfer of your Personal Data out of Hong Kong, as described herein and under the Personal Information Collection Statement.
If we transfer your personal data to a country outside of Hong Kong, we will take steps to ensure that your personal data continues to receive a standard of protection that is at least comparable to that provided under the PDPO.
How long do we keep your personal data
We may keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws.
